Responsibilities Manage personnel: coordinate, motivate, and supervise operational, technical, and administrative teams. Business development: plan and implement strategies to increase memberships, loyalty, and local partnerships. Monitor KPIs: analyze and optimize key performance indicators such as facility occupancy, sales, and customer satisfaction. Supervise maintenance: ensure the efficient operation of sports facilities and pools in collaboration with technical managers and external contractors. Hygiene and safety: ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining standards of the company and law. User experience: guarantee an excellent customer experience by managing all aspects of reception and service. Your Profile Previous experience managing sports centers, gyms, pools, or complex recreational facilities. In-depth knowledge of safety, hygiene, and maintenance regulations for sports and aquatic facilities. Strong organizational and managerial skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Result-oriented, capable of reading and managing KPIs and budgets. Fluent in English (C1 or higher), both spoken and written, with regular interaction with HQ and international clients. Genuine passion for sports and wellness, with leadership qualities and a positive attitude.
