The Priority Control Center (PCC) is a vital part of our post-sales support organization. We manage and process part requests submitted through the LA-Pending and other designated queues. Our mission is to ensure timely, cost-effective part deliveries by coordinating shipments from Warehouses and Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) using the UPS PostSales platform. We adhere strictly to customer specifications while identifying the best delivery options available. Operational Scope: 24/7, 365-day operations Fulfillment of pick orders across the U.S., Canada, and offshore locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands) Processing of the GNU queue Handling of Warranty Replenishment tasks Lexmark support through Flash Track and Debrief (closing claims) Direct communication with partners, carriers, and field technicians via calls and emails Key Responsibilities: Validate order requests and determine optimal fulfillment method Coordinate urgent and SLA-bound part shipments Maintain seamless operations across various time zones and shifts Provide professional and prompt customer service interactions Candidate Profile – Required Skills & Attributes: High attention to detail and order accuracy Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines Flexibility to adapt to frequent procedural and policy changes Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) Strong sense of urgency and ownership Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Background: Experience in logistics, supply chain, order processing, or customer support Familiarity with UPS PostSales or similar logistics platform We offer Attractive Salary Major Medical Expense Plan Life insurance Saving fund: 10% of your base salary Christmas bonus averaging 30 days' pay for every year Grocery & Restaurant vouchers *If you are interested, please send your resume in English Equal Employment Opportunity CompuCom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all employment practices.
