Position: Full-time, live-in Salary: Market-related, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning and execution of all lodge events, including weddings, conferences, private functions, and corporate retreats Manage and coordinate banquet staff, ensuring top-tier service standards are upheld Liaise with guests, chefs, and event planners to ensure every function exceeds expectations Ensure proper setup and breakdown of events, adhering to health and safety standards Maintain detailed records of event orders, budgets, and feedback to continually enhance the guest experience Train and motivate the team to deliver seamless and memorable events Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Operations departments for cohesive event execution Requirements: Proven experience in banqueting or event management within a lodge, hotel, or high-end hospitality setting Strong leadership and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Guest-centric approach with a high standard of personal presentation
