Key Responsibilities Lead all kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and service. Design and implement seasonal menus for both hospitality events and daily staff dining. Inspire and develop a team of chefs and kitchen professionals. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Manage food costs and kitchen budgets in line with business targets. Work closely with front-of-house teams to create a seamless and memorable dining experience. Stay ahead of culinary trends and customer preferences to keep offerings fresh and exciting. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior culinary leader, ideally within fine dining or high-end corporate hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team. A passion for food quality and presentation with meticulous attention to detail.
