We’re currently seeking In-Home Supervisors for central Phoenix area ( Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and Glendale areas). As an In-Home Supervisor, you’ll be the point person for ensuring our homes are guest-ready at all times. You'll train and support household assistants, oversee cleanings and inspections, and ensure inventory and supply needs are consistently met. You’ll also play a critical role in onboarding new properties, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining high cleanliness standards that guests and owners expect. Our flexible shifts run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., lasting 5-8 hours, available on both weekdays and weekends. Flexible Schedule Paid training Weekly paychecks 401K benefits An empowering work environment that encourages growth All necessary cleaning supplies are provided Responsibilities Include: Train and mentor cleaning and maintenance team members Perform onboarding and offboarding property visits Ensure homes are stocked with the right supplies and cleaning kits Conduct quality control inspections and owner arrival checks Track expenses and manage supply purchases Oversee routine tasks such as deep cleans, departure cleans, and audits Collaborate with the operations team and provide performance feedback To qualify for this exciting role, applicants must meet the following criteria: Successfully pass a background check with a clean record Hold legal authorization to work in the United States Possess a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance Demonstrate effective communication skills in English Display physical capability and a willingness to bend, squat, lift, reach, and climb stairs to complete assigned tasks.
