Criminal Defense Attorney

Job Description Job Description Weinstein Legal is a fast-growing firm, with offices in Broward, Palm Beach, and Orange Counties, seeking a highly motivated and zealous Criminal Defense attorney to join our team in our Orlando Office. We are a close-knit firm with former Prosecutors and Public Defenders. The areas of practice include but are not limited to state and federal criminal defense, misdemeanors, felonies, injunctions/restraining orders, expungement and seal, and traffic criminal cases. Prior state attorney or public defender experience is a plus and a passion for criminal defense is a MUST. You will involved with the intake process and be handling a case load of your own, including everyday court appearances, motion practice, plea negotiations, and trial. Candidate should be willing to travel within the area to counties such as Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Brevard, Polk for court appearances and client meetings. Spanish speaking is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits package and Bonus structure available.
