Job Scope The Assistant Human Resources Manager will handle various HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, training, payroll, and more. You will work independently and with a team, supporting strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities Manage HR functions in Dubai: recruitment, compensation, performance, employee relations, engagement Develop and execute HR strategies to improve effectiveness in UAE Ensure accurate payroll and record-keeping Build relationships within the organization Support HR and change management initiatives across Italy operations Collaborate with leadership to drive performance and engagement Visit sites to build relationships with managers and staff Identify gaps, implement plans for risk coverage and performance improvement Lead positive change in people management and organizational design Conduct regular meetings for communication and goal alignment Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and property return Handle grievances and disciplinary actions Oversee onboarding and staffing procedures Assist with talent sourcing and recruitment activities Review data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed Qualifications Degree in HR Management or related field 7-8 years of relevant experience in a large, fast-paced organization Experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred Knowledge of collective bargaining environments Independent, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, payroll Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
