Position Overview The Junior Sales Analyst supports the sales team by providing insights and strategic recommendations on business performance. The role involves collaboration with Sales, Merchandise & Planning, and Finance departments. Key responsibilities include assisting in fiscal year budget preparation, monitoring forecasts, and performing detailed business analysis by brand, channel, region, and account. The analyst will develop reports to track key performance indicators such as retail sales, sell-through rates, economic conditions, competition, and customer behaviors. Primarily focusing on wholesale business, the role requires close cooperation with the sales team to foster an omnichannel reporting culture, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure accurate, comprehensive analysis and reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage omnichannel reporting, coordinating with various teams to ensure accurate business analysis and project delivery. Update sales reports for regional sales teams and the European headquarters based in Geneva and London. Assist sales teams in defining the budget process and developing budget presentations. Collect and analyze data to support strategic business decisions. Track sales figures and retail sales by customer and brand through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including variance analysis against budgets, targets, and previous year data. Prepare draft proposals and ensure data consistency for meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Produce ad hoc reports for Sales, Merchandising & Planning, and Senior Management. Generate presentations for management meetings. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commercial and financial acumen. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Fluent in English.
