Ecommerce Operations Analyst

The Ecommerce Operations Analyst will be responsible for executing operational tasks, providing technical support, and implementing processes that ensure the continuity of the Ecommerce channel. Your Deliverables Will Be: Execute and monitor operational processes for the Ecommerce channel. Support the analysis of KPIs to identify potential service degradation. Assist in the automation of operational processes. Carry out incident resolution processes. Execute tasks related to incident management. Execute and maintain recovery plans for critical service outages. Our Ideal Candidate: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related fields. Advanced and fluent English (mandatory). Experience with Visual Studio. Knowledge of Postman / SOAP UI. Familiarity with Datadog (desirable). Benefits You’ll Enjoy as TeamViva: Flexible schedule.
