Position Summary We are seeking a skilled VDC Coordinator with experience in digital construction and BIM environments to lead the implementation of VDC workflows and multidisciplinary models across various project phases. This role is essential for ensuring efficient coordination between trades, optimizing project timelines, and promoting technological innovation both on-site and in the office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the implementation of multidisciplinary BIM models throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate collaboration between design, construction, and operations teams through digital platforms Perform clash detection and manage 3D/4D/5D coordination processes Participate in VDC planning activities aligned with constructability and scheduling goals Provide on-site technical support for model implementation, including tablets, AR tools, and laser scanning Develop and maintain modeling standards, quality control, and digital delivery protocols Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and owners to ensure consistency and BIM compliance Train and support project teams in the use of VDC tools and platforms Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM/VDC roles within the construction industry Proven proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Synchro, etc. Solid knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650, LOD, BEP, etc.) Strong leadership and coordination skills Minimum B2 level of English (must be able to participate in technical discussions with international teams) Experience in hospitality, healthcare, office, or mixed-use projects is a plus Valid passport and U.S. visa are desirable What We Offer Opportunity to work on high-profile national and international projects Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment Career growth and ongoing professional development Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
