Today, our beers are available in over a thousand outlets, from supermarkets and hospitality venues to sports clubs and beverage stores – and we’re expanding every day. To support our growth and impact, we’re looking for a full-time in-field Territory Sales Manager in Amsterdam. You thrive on personal contact and persuasion. · Social, passionate and motivated with an active lifestyle. · Sales experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and the right mindset matter more. · Customer-oriented, persuasive, and a true people person. · Flexible and stress-resistant – Thrive is a fast-growing start-up where no two days are the same. · A self-starter who enjoys taking responsibility and working independently. · A native (or fluent) Dutch speaker who holds a valid driver’s license (Category B) and a bachelor’s degree. Rour role: · You’ll be Thrive’s ambassador in Amsterdam: building partnerships, driving visibility, and putting us on the map in your region. · Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. · Expand our network by adding new sales points: from trendy hospitality venues and sports clubs to supermarkets and health-focused outlets. · Turn existing accounts into thriving partnerships through smart activations and impactful visibility campaigns. · Boost brand awareness through local events and activations. · Collaborate with the team during trade shows, tastings, and promotional events.
