Senior/Associate Retail Town Planner

OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT Our client is an excellent, Retail focused SME Planning Consultancy, based in Central London. They are looking for a Senior or Associate Town Planner (5 years experience) to work primarily on Retail and Commercial led schemes across the UK. THE HEADLINES: Title: Senior/Associate Town Planner (Retail) Experience required: Minimum of 5 years Salary: £50,000 Location: London Type of Company: Independent Planning Consultancy Hybrid working: Yes (flexible on location) WHO ARE THEY? A well-established, independent Planning Consultancy who are recognised as one of the leading firms operating in the Retail, Warehouse and Commercial space. Our client works with household names, from large supermarket chains, well known hotel brands to UK wide Delivery companies (who very well may have delivered you a takeaway!). With an incredibly experienced line up of Directors overseeing all work produced, our client is responsible for delivering Planning advice across the market in their specialist field. WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR: A Senior Planner or Associate with experience working on Retail-led schemes. Experience undertaking sequential assessments and retail impact assessments. If you have experience leading meetings, excellent verbal and written skills and a background (preferred but not essential) in the private sector, we would be keen to speak to you.
