This role enables local and market management to execute digital sales channels with a true omnichannel approach, aiming for business results across all channels. Our purpose is to develop, scale, and empower our digital businesses and relationships through scalable, sustainable, and profitable solutions. In our Digital Commerce and Merchandising service, we ensure consistent brand visibility and availability across digital channels by creating, improving, and optimizing digital shelves based on personas and missions, maximizing growth and profitability. YOUR TASKS Deploy the global Digital Commerce & Merchandising growth strategy and develop best practices for local markets. Identify and support local implementation of best practices to ensure successful market execution. Assist local markets in achieving success in digital channels with various business models (marketplace, omni-retailer, own store, quick commerce, social commerce). Provide operational consultancy to local teams, identify weaknesses, and enable growth and improvements. Collaborate with global teams to drive organizational progression and empower local channel management. Maximize the use of digital sales tools and platforms to ensure ROI and adoption. Manage projects to evolve digital commerce and merchandising activities, including global channel management (e.g., Alibaba.com). Support ecommerce platforms and marketplace accounts (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central). YOUR PROFILE 3-5 years of experience in similar roles with global-local setups (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail advantageous). Commercially driven, solution-oriented, and data-driven. Knowledge and experience in sales, operations, marketing, and online channel management. Strong personality, proactive, organized. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
