Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Food, Hotel, and Restaurant Management, Administration, or any Business-Related course. Three to four (3-4) years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant. Demonstrates a high customer management orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take actions to meet customer needs. People management skills in coaching, developing, and supervising a team. Knowledge of basic store operations, with the capability to assess operational improvements, ensure compliance with standards, and drive sales and profitability.
