JUNIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

The new Colleague provides technical and project support for the Plant IT applications and daily activities. He/ She gives assistance for the incident management, problem resolution and change management, in order to reach the manufacturing goals, minimizing the loss of production due to IT related issues. He/ She provides to the business lines IT support, in cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control and Quality Control. Main Responsibilities -Perform implementation and 1st level support of mission critical plant applications. This includes a functional knowledge of all plant applications used by local plants, ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage and/or configure application and application access -Provide daily assistance to the facility for system and software related issues Job Profile Qualifications -Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering -Knowledge of the C programming language -Knowledge of machine monitoring, performance and quality systems, component tracking, engineering systems and identification systems is a plus -Knowledge of IT manufacturing system applications and plant support is a plus Skills -Analyze, develop solutions, and resolve issues to minimize or eliminate user or system downtime -Ability to problem solve individually and within a team, ability to make timely decisions -Knowledge and experience with computer software, related equipment and networking, SQL Server, database management; -Plant operations knowledge (processes / systems) -Fluent in English Benefits -Hybrid work -Flexible time and one day-off per month -Company restaurant -Technical and soft training -Job Rotation J-18808-Ljbffr
