Junior Sous Chef

We are recruiting for a Sous Chef for a prestigious school in Buckingham. Sous Chef - Education - Daytime and early evening only (1 weekend on, 1 weekend off) - Up to £34k - Buckingham Area Our client is looking for a dedicated Junior Sous to join this wonderful contract at a prestigious school within the Buckingham area. You'll be joining an excellent culinary team in the process withvision, integrity, courage & compassion. A sous chef to join an amazing team with an excellent approach to client interaction and food. If you have experience in within the schools industry, contract catering or B&I sector at Sous Chef level then this could be the role for you! Junior Sous chef up to 34k a year 45 hours a week Site closes 15 of December for Christmas Some weekends and evenings with the view to becoming more of a Monday-Friday role eventually Lunch and dinner service 11am-8pm/ 6:30am-3pm 20 days holiday plus all BH , goes up to 25 after certain years of service Parking on site for chefs Uniform and meals on site provided Lots of progression opportunity and ideally want someone who is aspiring to progress Car and life insurance benefits High street shops benefit scheme Personality needed: Hands on person, open minded, foodie with ideas, eye for detail, hospitality experience desired but not essential.
