With a strong reputation for a high-quality range of products, reliable service, and consistent customer care, we work with businesses of all sizes, from independent bakers to larger food manufacturers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team and manage their customer base in the East Midlands area, covering the areas listed above. The Role This is a 70% account management, 30% new business role, focusing on managing and developing existing customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities. Identifying and securing new business within your designated area. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Strategising and executing sales plans to achieve targets. Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand awareness The Person We are looking for a driven and commercially minded individual with a strong background in new business sales and account management Candidates must have experience in Field Sales to the Foodservice sector. Candidates with a bakery background in Field Sales will be of strong interest A proven track record in Field Sales within Foodservice wholesale will be strong advantageous. We will also consider candidates with a background with a Foodservice manufacturer selling to hospitality end users.
