Hospitalist Nocturnist APP (Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner) Part-Time/PRN Baptist Health System - Baptist Medical Center Hospitalist Service Average Daily Encounters: 162 Staffing Model: 84 hours of physician coverage 36 hours of APP coverage EMR: Cerner 8 physician/6 APP provider hospitalist team Dedicated physician nocturnist and APP nocturnist for admissions and cross-cover Hospital Baptist Medical Center has been delivering the highest quality care in San Antonio since 1903 Excellent specialty coverage (neurosurgery, neuro-interventional specialty, trauma, OB, pediatrics) is available across the five hospitals in San Antonio's Baptist Health System and six hospitals with Resolute Emergent PCI and neuro-intervention services available on-site Inpatient geriatric psychiatric service, as well as on-site Behavioral Assessment Team to assist with triaging and transferring pediatric and adult patients requiring inpatient psychiatric treatment Community San Antonio is a city rich in history, culture, education and recreation.
