Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE In this role, you'll be responsible for reception-oriented duties and providing members with the highest quality of customer service to include greeting members, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, taking payment for services, and assisting members with equipment and retail products. Adhere to Canyon Ranch service standards providing world-class member/guest service. Greet members and guests with a smile, checking members in and arranging member appointments. Help provide members with a beverage while they wait for their service. Perform reception desk open/closing duties. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL High school diploma Excellent customer service skills; friendly demeanor Ability to learn processes and operate computer/payment systems Strong problem-solving skills Customer service, medical or spa/wellness background is a plus. WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
