About the location : A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found. About the role : This position will not be onboarded until June 9th 2025. Assist the Director of People and Culture with all aspects of the Human Resources division including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, retention, communication, career development, wage & hour compliance, training, workers’ compensation, and legal matters related to resort employees. Deliver workplace learning, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to achieve long-term business success while fostering a culture of care. Act as an objective third party in employee counseling, problem solving, or conflict situations, and communicate any legal issues to the Director of People & Culture. Identify and resolve patterns of employee turnover; conduct Stay and Exit Interviews. Manage the People & Culture budget, including benefits, labor, and salary reports, and plan cost-effective events. Conduct audits of insurance records, I-9 records, vacation, and sick allowances. Administer and train employees on discipline, benefits, and core standards. Organize employee recreation programs like holiday parties and general meetings. Manage the full employee experience lifecycle at the resort. Respond to employee claims and participate in hearings related to EEOC, NLRB, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and Wage & Hour issues. Support the Safety / Lead with Care Committee. Assist with Talent Acquisition activities for exempt roles, including screening and interviewing. Coordinate property-wide recognition and appreciation programs. Lead employee communication efforts and organize related events. Represent People & Culture at management and employee functions. Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with payroll processes. Manage Workday inbox for resolution of HR issues. Participate in Embark and other initiatives. Supervise two direct reports: People & Culture Manager and Generalist. What you will bring : College degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience in a related role. Experience in luxury hospitality preferred. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong recruitment, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems like WorkDay. Knowledge of labor laws and critical thinking skills.
