About the role Are you our new Head of Luxury Brands for Italy? Do you have a passion for the luxury world, experience in on-trade environments, and the ability to balance strategy and execution? Italy has been identified as a growth market at the global level, particularly for the luxury business, and we are seeking a Head of the Reserve portfolio. You will lead the Reserve (Luxury portfolio) commercial strategy for Italy across all channels, aiming to grow the business in a balanced way, with a focus on strategy, planning, and implementation to achieve double-digit growth aligned with Italian ambitions toward F27. You will be responsible for leading the sell-out team managing TOP TIERS accounts across Italy, ensuring our Reserve brands shine and create a halo effect nationwide. Main Responsibilities: Manage the full Italy Reserve P&L Lead the commercial strategy for Reserve in Italy, including all key accounts Collaborate with the Head of Channels to define commercial policies, ensuring proper channel focus and balance Co-lead promotional plans across channels for Reserve brands with RGM and HOR SE teams Oversee TLA channel, Gold and Silver outlets Lead a team of 19 people (RAE and AE) and 6 Field specialists (CPM) Serve as the point of reference for Reserve in Italy Partner with Reserve customer marketing teams, TLA, WHS, C&C, and Off-trade marketing teams to develop appropriate plans Work with SE Head of Reserve to implement global luxury strategy with an Italian perspective Qualifications for Success: Develop and execute commercial strategies, including planning, contact, coverage, and investment Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through understanding channel dynamics, customer segmentation, and market insights Lead and develop the team, review key business metrics, and ensure financial performance and compliance Execute activation plans, manage category and client negotiations, and oversee commercial relationships Evaluate promotional efficiency, analyze data, and translate insights into actions Possess deep understanding of the luxury environment, customer insights, and category knowledge in Spirits and TBA Be proactive in market engagement and relationship management About You Essential Experience: Significant commercial experience in luxury, with hospitality experience as a plus Deep understanding of consumers, shoppers, and categories Strong financial, analytical, and creative skills Proven leadership and management of senior teams Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning skills Experience coaching and developing teams Fluent in English and Italian Working with Us Flexibility: We support flexible working arrangements; please discuss your needs during the application process.
