As a Chef de Partie , you will oversee a section of the kitchen and support the Executive and Sous Chef in the hotel´s kitchen. You will ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation, stay updated with new products, recipes, and techniques, and monitor food costs. What will be your mission? Oversee a section of the kitchen, support the Executive and Sous Chef, ensure high standards, and monitor quality and costs. What will you do? Plan, schedule, and organize work to ensure proper coverage. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards. Supervise and support kitchen staff in food handling and preparation. Ensure quality, presentation, and quantity of food. Supervise storage, inventory, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health regulations and customer service guidelines (HACCP). What are we looking for? 2-3 years’ experience as a Cook, preferably in a similar hotel. Vocational training in hospitality, F&B, or culinary arts. Fluency in the local language; English knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, POS).
