Organisational Design Specialist

I am recruiting for an Organisation Design Specialist to drive a forward-thinking engagement strategy to work a 6 month contract working Hybrid 1-2 days onsite either in Birmingham or London. You will lead the development of our Staff Engagement Plan scope and its associated delivery plan. Organisation Design Specialist Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of a compelling Staff Engagement Plan that supports a major transformation Shape the future Employee Value Proposition, culture strategy, leadership capability and internal communications Collaborate across HR, OD and operational teams to gather insights and build impactful, practical plans Facilitate workshops and sessions, and present confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders Support benchmarking, data analysis and the introduction of best practice Organisational Design Specialist Experience Required: Proven experience in organisational transformation, particularly in culture and leadership Broad Organisational Design knowledge within complex, operational environments Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills at all levels Detail-focused with a strategic mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines Experience in transport, logistics, hospitality, aviation or other service industries is a plus Confident using technology, data, and Microsoft Office tools At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
