BRANCH DIRECTOR – CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION £60,000–£70,000 Bonus to £120,000 | Executive Car | Private Healthcare | Pension THE COMPANY A respected name in the construction product supply chain, this independently run business serves contractors, developers, and specifiers across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. With turnover around £7.5m and a team of 20, it has a strong foundation—and significant potential for growth. THE ROLE We're looking for a commercially driven Branch Director to take full ownership of the business—from commercial strategy and business planning through to leading sales, marketing, and customer growth. You'll be given full autonomy to run the P&L and will inherit a well-established operations team, leaving you free to focus on scaling the business. This is a rare opportunity to lead a stable, profitable unit through its next phase. The plan is clear: unlock new customer groups, expand into new markets, and grow turnover significantly over the next five years. ABOUT YOU You're an entrepreneurial business leader who understands the world of product distribution. You've led teams across both commercial and operational functions, and you're confident managing a full P&L. While a background in construction materials or related trade sectors is useful, it's your mindset that matters most—you're commercially sharp, people-focused, and ready to take ownership of a business with the potential to grow significantly. You might currently be in a General Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Director, or Commercial Lead role.
