BTR Assistant Manager (12 Month FTC) £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Liverpool, Merseyside A leading Build-to-Rent developer/operator is seeking a BTR Assistant Manager to be based on a high end Build-to-Rent site in Liverpool. The BTR Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site team and overseeing day to day operations. Overview: Job title: BTR Assistant Manager Location: Liverpool Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Responsibilities include: Managing an on-site team of 10. Hiring, training and developing staff. Carrying out property inspections, walk rounds and inventories to ensure high standards. Overseeing day to day operations including leasing, customer service and events. Delivering excellent customer service to residents. Maximising revenue streams. The person: Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality. Experience leading on site teams. Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
