Job Description Job Description Join the anesthesia team in the Pensacola, Florida area as a CRNA at a Level II trauma center. Cases include cardiac, OB, trauma, orthopedics, neuro, vascular, and general cases. Position Highlights: Guaranteed Compensation : $267K per year for full-time 40-hour call positions, with average compensation closer to $300K/year. Malpractice Coverage : Provided, including tail coverage. Sign-On Bonus : $50K. Additional Income : Ample opportunities to push compensation beyond the base salary. Call : 1:12 backup call, no in-house call as long as a 30-minute response time is met. Hours : Guaranteed 36 or 40 hours per week as scheduled, with compensation for additional hours worked beyond the contract. Night Shifts : No night shift rotation. Paid Time Off : Six weeks' vacation. Heart Experience : Experience with cardiac procedures increases compensation. Care Team Model : Work alongside 14 Anesthesiologists and 50 CRNAs in a collaborative, supportive team. Overview 40 Hour Call Package: Base Compensation : $5,200 per week x 46 weeks = $239,200 per year Sign-on Bonus : $16,667 per year Call Beeper : $12,000 per year Total Call Compensation : $267,867 Excluding callback compensation (Avg $18K) Does not include any extra shifts or OT (Avg $15K) Benefits: No State Income Tax : Florida has no state income tax, which significantly boosts take-home pay.
