Company: Fresh Form Draft Location: San Antonio, TX Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of various events. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation. Support the team in managing vendor relationships and contracts. Help create and maintain event budgets and schedules. Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown activities. Assist with registration processes and attendee communication. Provide general administrative support to the events team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Passion for events and eagerness to learn about the industry.
