The Cluster Director of Hotel Operations will manage daily hotel operations, ensuring the delivery of the brand promise, exceptional guest service, and achievement of financial goals. Requirements The role involves: Leading daily hotel operations, including seasonal and strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, managing performance metrics, ensuring policy compliance, overseeing capital and property improvements, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating internal communication. Ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards, including Forbes 5-star protocol and Hilton Quality Assurance standards. Driving financial performance, identifying operational improvements, and implementing efficiency measures.
