MUST be strong in SNF caseload and able to work independently *Currently using a traveler but they are not working out because of lack of experience STAFF: Total number of team members 15 and 1 Rehab Tech EMR: NetHealth / RehabOptima CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 90% Productivity but client understands caseload may vary and says average is 88% *2 hour orientation and expectation is to hit the ground running and meet productivity SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri ADDITIONAL INFO: 132 Bed facility skilled nursing inpatient and outpatient rehab LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: Winter Haven is a city in central Florida, known for its canal-linked Chain of Lakes.
