Job Responsibilities: Provide instruction for recreational and competitive gymnastics classes, focusing on skill development and safety. Plan and lead fun, engaging, and effective training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Monitor and ensure the safety of all athletes during training. Foster a positive and encouraging environment to build gymnasts' confidence and teamwork. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain program quality and innovation. Communicate progress and feedback to parents and guardians when appropriate. Qualifications: Previous coaching experience in gymnastics is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals, safety protocols, and best practices. A positive, energetic, and patient approach to teaching athletes of all levels. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
