All day shifts will stay at our contracted rates. Please present the provider at the contracted rates and we will ensure this is tied to confirmed providers confirmation agreements. We will only review providers who will work nights. If they are strictly days then we will not be able to name clear them. - Guaranteed Hours: 8 - OT applies after: 12 Update 2/4: Site will only accept ABEM/ABEOM certified, or eligible in either, within 5 years of Residency. Will not accept ABIM/ABFM. Candidate MUST have an ACTIVE CA license. Looking for 2-3 providers Must be BC or BE within 5 years. Average number of patients in 24hrs is 110. Please ensure all bids reflect the following: - OT after 12 hour (must be preapproved by the medical director by end of shift) Guaranteed hours: 8 Please note the following travel deviations from our contract will apply to the assignment (or current confirmation agreement): • NOT reimbursed: o Mileage from provider’s home to departing airport, as well as from airport to home upon return. o Ride share (Lyft/Uber/etc.) and/or taxi from provider’s home to departing airport, as well as from airport to home upon return. • WILL be reimbursed: o Airport parking at provider’s departing airport if provider drives themselves to the airport. o Insurance policies for rental cars must be pre-approved, prior to booking, otherwise it will not be reimbursed. o Ride share (Lyft/Uber/etc.) and/or taxi from destination airport to hotel/lodging for assignment, as well as from lodging to hospital/clinic, and return trips.
