This contract position is set to begin with interviews for the 2025-2026 school year, anticipating 6-10 openings primarily in Central and West County, conveniently located near the beach. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in school settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Location: Sarasota, FL Responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective intervention strategies. Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required.
