Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee interior commercial construction projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various sectors including commercial, healthcare, fine-dining, and retail, with a strong focus on tenant improvements and renovations. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to optimize project efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to maintain clear project timelines and expectations. Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure project success. Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on interior renovations/tenant improvement projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations including various finishes, concrete, and structural steel. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Experience in various sectors such as retail, corporate offices, healthcare, higher education, and/or hospitality is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
