They make everything in-house and also do butchery, so the meat quality is brilliant. The role the sous chef will support the head chef & senior sous chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, this is a hands on role, so you will be cooking, running section and when the head is off, the pass as well. as it is all fresh food, you will help teach the younger ones how to cook in a fresh food kitchen. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties experience We are looking for a sous chef with a fresh food background, great baking skills and able to work in a busy kitchen.
