Theyre now looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and ensure guests enjoy a consistently outstanding fine dining experience. Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Assistant Restaurant Manager £34,490 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge Staff accommodation is available if required Working 48 hours per week 29 days of annual leave, including bank holidays Meals on duty Discounted stays for you, your friends, and your family across the group Discounts on spa treatments and products Discounts on all food & beverage Healthcare cash plan Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager Supporting the day-to-day running of the hotels award-winning 3 Rosette restaurant Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, elevated service Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive team development and guest satisfaction Being hands-on during service, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail Bringing strong food and wine knowledge to the floor and assisting with training and mentoring This role would suit someone with proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants, a calm and confident approach, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
