Were looking for a skilled, passionate, and collaborative Chefs de Partie to join the team at The Orangery, our restaurant in Tottenham Court Roads vibrant culinary scene. Youll help craft exceptional seasonal dishes, working closely with produce grown in our on-site vertical farm. About The Orangery Located on Tottenham Court Road, The Orangery is a bold new take on urban dining. At its heart is a vertical farm , seamlessly integrated into the space and supplying ultra-fresh, pesticide-free produce for our ever-changing menu. By day, its a vibrant café serving quality coffee and healthy lunches made with just-harvested greens. By night, it transforms into an intimate farm-to-table bistro , showcasing seasonal, refined dishes inspired by the days harvest. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of your section, ensuring quality, consistency, and precision at every service Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our seasonal, farm-to-table concept Champion the use of ultra-fresh, sustainably grown ingredients from our vertical farm Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade and front-of-house to create exceptional guest experiences Support the Head and Sous Chef with menu development and daily kitchen operations What Youll Bring Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step up A deep passion for seasonal, sustainable, and innovative cooking Great organisational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure Attention to detail, consistency, and pride in plating A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a new style of urban dining Commitment to The Orangerys and The Good Eating Companys values Why Work With Us?
