CHEF DE PARTIE required for a traditional french restaurant, working on one of the section, this is a classical French restaurant, serving some French classics. It is a independent restaurant, that has been trading for many years and doing very well. chef de partie £37k-41k. They have a exec chef and head chef, this role is under these two people but is a hands on role running a section. You must be able to work with a classical french menu & be able to cope with a range of dishes. The role: As a chef de partie , you will be you will prepare your section, and have this ready for service. You will in service cook French classical items. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties & you will run the section using classical techniques. Expeirence We are looking for a hands on chef de partie with french classical knowledge of french cookery.
