The hotel has a traditional a la carte restaurant which has won 2AA Rosettes for its excellent modern and classic British menus using only fresh, local produce. Due to the level of the food, all applicants must have a background of working with high end food in an A La Carte environment. Without this experience, I'm afraid applications cannot be considered.
