Job Title: Chef de Partie Our client is a foodie neighbourhood gastro pub based in a residential area in the heart of Hammersmith. This gastro pub has so much to offer the local community – incredible food, bespoke drinks, stunning interior décor and a real home from home feel. They have a formal bar area, a restaurant dining area and separate private dining room. Chef de Partie benefits: £16 per hour – working 48/49 hours per week (7 shifts) 9:30pm last orders. Incredible food and produce – modern techniques, with a brasserie style menu. Under a 10-minutes' walk from Hammersmith Station. Weekly Pay! Working 5 pays per week, 7 shifts. In-house training provided, working in a strong united team of 7 chefs. Brand new state of the art kitchen. 7-day operation with around 30/90 covers per day – Sundays can be 200. Chef De Partie Requirements: We are looking for a highly driven, ambitious, and competent Chef de Partie. You must a good foundation of knowledge and training with fresh seasonal produce.
