General Manager - Exclusive Late Night Bar Manchester £45,000-£50,000 Bonus 40 hours per week I'm looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to launch one of Manchester's most exciting late night venues. This is your chance to be the face of a high end, exclusive bar that will host a mix of local and global artists in the heart of the city. This is a role in a concept where you'll help shape the atmosphere, the guest experience, and the team culture from day one. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for running the venue as if it were your own. You'll lead from the front, both on the floor and behind the scenes. The Role: Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service across the venue Being highly visible on the floor-connecting with guests, energising the atmosphere, and building loyalty Managing and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional service Handling all back-of-house duties including end-of-week reporting, invoicing, payroll, and stock control Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and legal requirements Working closely with promoters and artists to deliver world-class entertainment Owning the venue's performance targets and constantly pushing for excellence You: Confident, charismatic and you'll ideally already have a strong network in the Manchester scene.
