This role covers a well-loved hotel and pub, with the addition of a newly acquired site nearby. The business sits at the heart of a close-knit local community and is a popular draw for tourists year-round. If youre an experienced operator from high-volume Food & Beverage-led businesses, who thrives on leading from the front, being hands-on with service, and becoming an integral part of the local community we want to hear from you. The Role As General Manager, youll take full ownership of this multi-site operation, working closely with your team to deliver exceptional hospitality. Youll be instrumental in developing and maintaining the business' excellent reputation with both locals and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team across FOH and BOH operations Build strong relationships with local guests, suppliers, and community groups Maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, and hospitality delivery Drive revenue and profitability across all outlets, including weddings and events Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to shape exciting food & drink offers Be visible, guest-facing, and hands-on leading by example in every aspect Take commercial responsibility for budgets, cost controls, and supplier management The Candidate Strong background in high-volume Food & Beverage operations (pubs, hotels, or restaurants) Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a loyal team A natural host confident, warm, and able to connect with guests and locals alike A commercial mindset with experience in budgeting and driving profitability A desire to be part of a community and take pride in becoming a local figurehead Previous General Manager experience preferred, but strong Deputy/Assistant Managers ready for their next step will be considered TTW Recruitment is proud to be working with this independent and growing hospitality group.
