The ideal Head Bars Supervisor would come from a strong Bar & Cocktail background, essential Supervisor experience, Hotel, Restaurant or larger venues, or a high turnover branded organisation. Supervisor experience essential Has to have Cocktail & Mixology experience - MUST NON NEGOTIABLE The ability to multi task, and be a team leader.
