Preparation of high quality food ensuring the highest standards are met at all times, in line with company regulations. Being a team player with a flexible nature to be able to assist colleagues and training chefs in the art of Volume banqueting with maintaining the highest quality The ideal Senior Sous Minimum 5yrs in a Hotel environment as Sous level Previous working History within Fine Dine - 1/2 Rosette level Previous experience in a similar role, specifically in fine dine - 2 Rosette standard Experienced in cooking for large functions & events, would be beneficial Flexible approach as there will be a requirement to work on a shift basis, including evenings & weekends. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive can do attitude. Passionate about the industry, with good knowledge of the Hotel industry. Creative flair with a passion for high standards. Ultimately team player, with a reliable and caring attitude.
