Youll be leading a small team (23 staff), working closely with our food and bar teams, and building meaningful relationships with a loyal and discerning membership base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an intimate luxury setting, is service-led, and enjoys being at the heart of operations. What Youll Do Lead and support a small front-of-house team Ensure smooth daily service across food and bar offerings Work closely with the kitchen team and club members to maintain exceptional standards Handle stock, suppliers, and day-to-day management duties Set the tone for hospitality excellence with warmth, care, and professionalism About You Experience in luxury hospitality, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN private members clubs Naturally personable, guest-focused, and discreet Hands-on and comfortable leading a small but high-performing team Strong operational knowledge and attention to detail ?
