About the Role: My client is opening a contemporary high-end Japanese restaurant and late night venue just off Oxford Circus set to open September 2025. Theyre now hiring an Senior Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the restaurant. This is a key leadership role for someone who leads from the floor, knows how to run a busy, well-organised service, and brings both structure and warmth to the team.
