Head Chef Mediterranean Restaurant An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a popular restaurant in London, which is part of a reputable group. The restaurant has an all-day dining menu and serves seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in house. Youd be leading a kitchen team of 15, overseeing services of up to 150 covers PDR functions. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the GP, ordering, stock control, recruitment and development of the junior Chefs. Youll work closely with the wider management team to contribute directly to continued success and excellent reputation.
