Production Chef Monday to Friday-Vauxhall/Battersea Chinese cuisine

We are looking for a Production Chef for our Production Kitchen based in Vauxhall / Battersea. The ideal Kitchen Production Chef must have previous experience in Chinese cuisine . We offer the Production Chef: Depending on experience a salary between £30,000 and up to £38, 000 per year. Mostly Monday to Friday with early finish and only day shifts 48 hours per week An immediate start Paid trial The operation is closed Bank holidays, Xmas and New Year The Production Chef will support the food preparation and cooking of 100/120 meals served to office employees. As a Production Chef you will be involved in a number of duties and tasks to support the efficient operation of a kitchen, including: Food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment. Assist chefs, ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organized, and hygienic. The core skills and experience required to succeed: Must have previous experience in Chinese cuisine Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Can do attitude Previous experience in high volume kitchens To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach AMRT1_UKCT
