Pastry Demi Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented Pastry chef to join an exclusive hotel in central London. Working with the Head Pastry Chef in a large brigade, you will produce desserts and pastries for the operation, including breakfast, restaurants and banqueting. You should have experience in pastry to at least Demi/ CDP level in 5* hotels or at least 3AA rosette standard restaurants. Working 5 straight shifts, 40 hours a week with all overtime paid AMRT1_UKCT
