The Property Is a four-star, full-service hotel Part of an exclusive hotel company Managed property One hundred bedrooms Excellent meeting and event space, indoors and out Great wellness offerings Benefits you will receive as a Senior Sales Manager A great base salary of £48,000 to £50,000 Bonus Scheme 28 holiday days inc. bank holidays (increasing with service) Pension 45p mileage Free car parking International company discounts within the group The Senior Sales Manager will Report to the General Manager Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge Develop both new business and account manage the business from predominantly Corporate, MICE, and Leisure Groups, knowledge of other sectors is an asset Manage a sales office team of four, Reservations, Events and Marketing As Senior Sales Manager you will have Experience of being a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales as a minimum. High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail. A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results. The flexibility to visit clients, a good understanding of the Cambridgeshire area Excellent man management, customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills.
