Meetings & Events Operations Manager Location: Warrington Salary: £35,000 amazing benefits package. 40-hour contract Currently recruiting for an experienced Meetings & Events Operations Manager looking for their next opportunity or an experienced Assistant Meetings & Events Manager, looking for their next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate event operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service. Lead and support the events team, providing guidance and assistance during events. Act as the key point of contact between departments to ensure all event requirements are met. Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience throughout all events. Assist in training and developing the events team The ideal candidate: Experience in event operations, preferably within a hotel or events venue. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities. A passion for hospitality and delivering amazing guest experiences.
